Chance at SUNY Stony brook?

Do I still have a chance at SUNY Stony brook even though I really messed up junior year?

This is all unweighted and doesn't include Electives.

CURRENT OVERALL GPA: about 90

FRESHMEN YEAR:
GPA freshmen year: 89-90

Regular Classes:
Algebra- 90 average
Biology- 91 average
Italian 2- 92

Honors:
Global (9th grade)- 89
English (9th grade)- 93

SOPHOMORE YEAR:
GPA Sophomore Year: 96

AP Classes:
World History-3 on Ap test and 93 average in class.
Psychology - 5 on Ap test and 94 average in class.

Honors:
-none

Regular Classes:
Earth Science- 94
Geometry- 86
Italian 3- 98

JUNIOR YEAR:
GPA Junior year: so far like 85-86 (ugh)

AP Classes:
U.S. History - don't know AP test grade yet and 83 average in class
English language and composition - don't know yet and 85 average in class.

College Italian 1 & 2: A-

Honors:
- Chemistry for 3/4's of the year. Now I am dropping out and switching into regular chemistry because this class has been too difficult for me. I'm hoping I can get a passing grade during the 4th quarter so I don't fail the course. I have like 65 average in this class which is basically borderline failing. So now, I'm gonna have a withdrawal on my record. Will this impact me negatively?

Regular Classes-
- 1/4 of chemistry
- Algebra 2 and Trig- 64 (currently failing)
- Mandarin Chinese- 94

SENIOR YEAR (Classes I plan on taking):
AP Classes:
- English Literature and Composition

-College Italian levels 3 & 4

Honors:
-none

Regular Classes:
-Physics, Pre-Calc, Government and Economics

From what I have heard, Stony brook looks highly upon math grades and I'm really worried as a result of my Algebra 2 and Trig grade. Will they reject me because of almost failing this course? Will my chemistry H grade also increase my chances of rejection? Will the withdrawal into regular chemistry also hurt me? I did take Forensics and Intro to Medical Science as electives junior year and got like 98's in those classes. Will that help? I plan on majoring in psychology so will the failing chem and trig grades matter a lot? Will doing good on the SAT make up for it? I haven't taken it yet, so what score should I aim for? Do I still have a chance at all?
