Chance at the UC's, CSU's, and Others.....Advice Appreciated

Okay, I’m going to be a junior next year so there are some predictions, but I’m sure they will be pretty accurate.

UW/W GPA = 3.6/4.0
UC GPA = 3.92
SAT ~ 2000, SAT 2’s ~ 650-700 on Math2 and Chem

Senior Schedule: AP English, AP Stats, AP Physics, AP Psych, AP Gov/Econ, Journalism…
Other AP + HL: HL Pre-Calc, HL Chemistry, HL Spanish 3, AP Calc, AP English

EC’s: JV Tennis (4 years, most consistent player, co-captain), Volleyball Club (3 years, treasurer), Sign Language Club (3 years), Journalism (2 years, features editor), Foreign Foods Club (2 years, vice president), Key Club (4 years, vice president), Relay 4 Life (5 years, big thing bc 2 of my immediate family members have cancer), Recycling Club, CSF (all of high school, vice president), EAOP (Early Academic Outreach Program, 3 years)

I’m not sure if I’m going to do cross country next year, but if I do it for the next 2 years I will be on varsity my senior year. And I may be in the national honor society.

Well I am a California resident and may be in top 4% if not I will definately be top 10%.

I would like to know my chances for the following schools, also do I need to add more matches or safeties???
UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCI, UCD, UCSC, SDSU, Cal Poly Slo, University of Michigan, University of Miami.

Advice appreciated and thanks in advance.

You're going to be a junior next year, so that is really too early to tell since the UCs only look at your sophomore and junior year GPA. For the top tier UCs, you might want to try and take the SATs again since they are both a little bit on the lower side. The ECs are very good.
