Chance at UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB? (unusual situation)

Okay, so I'm applying to UC Berkeley (L&S), UCLA, UCSD & UCSB for Computer Science. I am an American citizen who has attended high school in India.

What makes my application a little unusual is that I HAVEN'T fulfilled some of the A-G requirements specified by the UC website here. I haven't taken 1 year of US History (requirement A) and 1 year of Fine/Visual Arts (requirement F).

I'm afraid that the above will disqualify me from admissions at least at Berkeley & UCLA.

Keeping this in mind, what are my chances at the above universities considering the following (I'll keep this as short as I can)?

Objective
SAT I: 2190 (750 M, 730 CR, 710 W)
SAT II Math IIC: 790
SAT II Physics: 780

Pianist for 5 years.
Played Mandolin, Ukulele for 3 years.

4. Intramural Track
5. more stuff but that's the jist... lots of music/CS related ECs.

Honors:
A few academic honors at the school level, National Merit Commended, First place in a state programming competition etc

Hi, I’m also a senior.
Of UC’s, I applied to Cal, LA, and SD.

Since you are applying L&S, they are at most all matches for you.
Cal/LA: match
rest: safety

However, email them about your situation. Don’t waste your money if they say they can’t accept you.

I applied to EECS and submitted without realizing it is the hardest to get into. Oh well…

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah EECS is way more competitive; I don’t want to do EE anyways so for me L&S is perfect at Cal.

I’ve tried emailing them already but they just reply with generic emails that rehash whatever their website says, so I’m still worried I might be denied despite my GPA/SAT etc.

Anyone else with any advice on the matter?

I require some help
I am Indian student looking forward for undergraduate studies in USA and Singapore. I want to major in Computer-Sciences. I am confused as I am unable to decide which university to apply for ?

MY SAT-I was not as good as SAT-II.
SAT-I in January CR:450 W:470 M:800 TOTAL=1720
SAT-I in May CR:480 W:560 M:740 TOTAL=1780

SAT-II in first sitting in November

I obtained 9.6 cgpa off 10.0 in 10th grade. I am sure to secure above 90% in Indian 12 standard CBSE exams.

I am also good chess player who has won gold-medals at district level competitions and participation at state and national level competitions
I was selected Best-Chess player and captain of school’s under-19 chess team.
I have won MS-PowerPoint presentation competitions at inter-house, inter-school and tri-city level competitions
I was selected Best-computer wizard of the school and the house.
I have been student body head of school newsletter publishing department and reported directly to vice-principal and house mistress.

Now, the problem I am facing is that I dont know which colleges/universities I should apply to. With perfect scores in SAT-II some of my friends told me to apply to elite colleges like Ivy league, but I think they are crazy. Some people say with 1850/1900 in SAT-I you are not going to get into even good universities like UCSD and Ohio State university what to talk about Ivy league.

Please tell me which colleges should i apply to and please do rate my chances in the following

UCLA
UCSD
UC Berkeley
Georgia Tech

DREAM CHANCES

Stanford University
IVY LEAGUE

^ Create your own thread, please.

Bump bump.

I’d say since it is L&S, u hav a pretty good chance. For the requirements, I am also an indian. For my case, I didnt do PE or health, so it was waived by my counselor when I came here for junior year. I think u should be fine
