Chance at UC Berkeley

What is some advice to get in to Berkeley?

A little background on me:
I have incredible extracurriculars and have held just about every position in student government (Site council president, Junior class president, and senior class treasurer). I have played 3 different sports in high school (golf, swim, and water polo). I made the varsity golf team my Freshman year
My GPA is a 3.96 weighted and I have a 1960 SAT score.
My current class are Ap physics, Ap calc, ASB (student gov), Ap English language, AP US history, Pre-Calculus Honors, physics (my school is on a 4x4 schedule so I take 4 classes in the fall and 4 in the spring). Also I live in California which my be helpful.

I am just about halfway through Junior year so I was wondering what I could do to increase my chances of acceptance into Berkeley?
-GPA
-SAT Score
- Extracurriculars
- Etc.

USC: Reach
U Chicago: Reach
Berkeley: Reach

All I can say: take the ACT, aim for a 32+, and do one more EC that you could focus on… As for U Chicago, write stellar essays!

Test scores are way too low. Berkeley compares students in California against kids in their high school so you need at least 2200-2300 to be safe. Good luck!
