<p>Hello! I was wondering of your opinions about me and UCLA =)
transferring from a CCC
GPA: 3.65
major:history or religious studies or american lit
IGETC/major pre reqs: IGETC can be finished by the summer before I transfer (I'm trying to get English 1C this fall and math will be done in winter or spring)
ECs: part a national debate team/debate coach at my local HS</p>

<p>IDK if this will help but I was admitted to several UCs out of HS but decided not to attend.

<p>you have to have your classes finished by the spring before you transfer, no coursework for the summer you will be transferring by will count to you having 60 units. if you want to transfer by that spring, you need to increase your workload. also, are you still in HS?</p>

<p>Yeah, you’re chances right now our extremely slim. Maybe your should re-evaluate your workload for the next year and find a way to take english and math this semster if you want to have a better chance.</p>

And I’m at a CCC right now.

<p>Maybe you can fastrack that math course and take one that transfer for the other half of hte semester
at least you’re have a math class to show them</p>

<p>Does your CCC offer the TAP? I got into UCLA Pre Business Economics major with TAP and a 3.46 GPA.</p>

<p>The TAP gives you priority consideration for enrollment. Basically, if your GPA isn’t up to par, the TAP will still get you in.</p>

<p>Don’t lose hope, one of my classmates last semester transferred to Cal with her transferable math completed the Spring before transfer.</p>

<p>Why don’t you take Stats @ UCLA ext this semester? There i no pre-req to take this class</p>
