<p>I would say reach, but then again the UCs can be very unpredictable.</p>
<p>For example, my best friend and a classmate got into every UC including UCLA with a 1560. SAT IIs around the 500s.</p>
<p>Friend that graduated in 06 got into berkeley, where she is currently at, with an SAT score in the 1400s.</p>
<p>So anything can happen, just try your best on the personal statements</p>
