<p>Indiana isn’t neccessarily known for fostering a competitive academic environment, and, coupled with the fact that you are in the worst ethnic demographic of college applicant, sets you back considerably from the start. </p>
<p>Moving on to your objective stats, the 34 is good but the SAT 2s are shaky. Your GPA and rank are very solid albeit with some regional context in mind. </p>
<p>Unfortunately, your extracurricular activities are what I believe really reduce your chances of admission to the schools that you have listed. Not only do you lack specific leadership roles in the clubs you participate in, but the clubs and activities themselves are wholly generic and mediocre. </p>
<p>My verdict? Pitt and Purdue is low matches/safeties, with Penn being almost out of reach, and Cornell and Northwestern sitting tight in that high match / low reach threshold.</p>
