um i think thats it,what you guys think?

Your GPA and EC's seem to be good for UVA. Are you in-state or out of state?

UVA looks mostly for academic prowess in in-state applicants, and same for out of state but wants big EC's from them. If your out of state I'd say try to get your SAT above 2100, if you're instate, I'd say even now you have a decent chance, though the higher the SAT the better, especially for an in-stater.

Chance me! <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/523346-alabama-new-york-city-chance-new-senior.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/523346-alabama-new-york-city-chance-new-senior.html</a></p>

k thanks, yea my SAT's suck, and I wanna see both sides of instate and outstate so im not gonna reveal where I am just yet.

oh yea on my SAT 2's i got 660 math2, 620 physics, 740 US history

do you think those 2 b's will drastically affect my chances, cause this year I killed myself with 3 AP's(others only could take 2). I went from sleeping at 10 every night to staying up past 12 every day just to do homework.

I don't think the Bs hurt you too much, because you are a solid applicant in every respect (except for the SATs)
If you end up doing well on the ACT (30+) I would only send in the ACT scores if UVa permits, because then you would be a much stronger applicant.

Your SAT scores are much lower than the normal applicant pool for UVa, but the rest is pretty good. Even if you do well on the ACT, you need to take two subject tests (strongly recommended by the University), so your SAT scores will be sent too. Based on what you posted, you havent taken any yet so make sure you take at least 2 early next year.

Also, you stated that your brother goes there, but UVa does not give preferrential treatment to the students that have sibblings that go there.

did you read what I wrote above, 660 math2, 740 us history, and 620 physics for SAT 2

brump bump
