Just like your WashU chances, it will be a reach because the SAT is low for schools of that caliber, although a 4 on AP Biology is a good score.

Try for test optional schools (Brandeis and Chicago) or an LAC strong in the sciences.

I think you have a pretty strong application if you had a better SAT score. Take the SAT on December if you can; a 1400-1450 (with 700+ on each section) would give a realistic chance of getting in -1230 is simply not good enough-.
