Chance at Villanova, BC, Northeastern and Penn State?

Villanova, Boston College are both reaches for me, while Northeastern and Penn State are kind of "high matches" I guess. I've started to really think about college and my resume and how I'm not sure how realistic my aspirations are.

First of all, Villanova on some sites say that the acceptance rate is around 48% and some say that it's around 38%. I have no clue what the true statistic is, and it's freakin' me out a little. I thought I Villanova was within my reach for a while, but now I'm starting to think that I have a pretty slim chance.

My stats.. (I'm in my junior year)

Ninth grade- 91 overall
English Pre-Ib, Geometry (a year ahead, my school takes Integrated Alg. in 9th), Biology Pre-Ib, Global History Pre-Ib, Italian 3

10th grade- 84 overall :(
Italian 4, English Pre-Ib, Algebra 2/Trig(a year ahead), Chemistry, Global History Pre-Ib, Adolescent Psychology, Childhood Education

11th grade- as of now, I have a 94 overall
IB Italian, IB English, IB Math Studies, IB Biology, IB History of the Americas, IB Theory of Knowledge, Physics

Unweighted overall average as of right now, halfway through Junior Year, is a 90. I hope to raise it to a 92 by the end of the year. Weighted is around a 95. I'm an IB diploma candidate. It's called International Baccalaureate. It's comparable to AP, for those of you who are unfamiliar with it.

I haven't taken the actual SAT, but I've taken many practices on my own and through Kaplan, which I'm taking review classes at. Right now I'm floating around a 1900. I'm striving for a 2000.

My EC's are weaaak, I only started to get involved this year.
Girls Leaders Corps -11th,12

Next year, I'm going for Italian Honor Society and this year, I'm going for NHS and Math Honor Society. Not too confident about NHS or Math honor society, but it's possible.
