<p>EC’s are a little week and there’s no honor societies. Top 10% is usually best but if your high school has a better reputation than most, they will take it into consideration. SAT’s are fine but GPA might be considered a little low, I’m not sure. I would give you 40% chance at both. Definitely apply though!</p>
