I am trilingual.
I skipped a grade in elementary.
Been taking AP's since freshman year (APWH score=5)

you cant have a 5.64, APs are just worth 5. other than that i honestly cannot imagine you being rejected

SamSaulsbury, he can have a 5.64. I have a 5.3–it just depends on each school’s grading system. my school grades out of 6 for APs.
usernamepassword: I think you’re very competitive. I’m guessing you’re applying to CAS? I don’t think retaking the ACT will make much of a difference since test scores only matter so much. you definitely have the grades/scores so I think your essays and recommendations are what are going to make the difference (: chance me back?http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/cornell-university/1213369-im-little-obsessed-chance-me.html

ah, my bad

actually at my school, ap/honors = 6.1

regular = 5
Our school is kind of weird like that.

Nice Stats, what school in Illinois? :O

Did you take any SAT IIs. I think you need 2 even with ACT.

Philosophy club - founder, purpose of the club, what did you do

Umm, yeah basically I organized the meetings, got all the paperwork officiated, the announcments, the signs/posters, etcetera…

And basically the meetings consisted of a open discussion beginning with one topic or philosophical question “What is the purpose of life?” (Usually not that general) and we would go on from there, 20-30 kids would sit and tell people what they thought, debate the question and so on.

SAT 2: 770 Math 2 770 USH.

Also my school is pretty good, sent a kid to Harvard, a few years ago, stanford last year, probably many other places too. It offers tons of AP’s and it is probably better than average, it is in the suburbs.

oh you lucky butt. we have 10 APs total and one of them just involves coloring. i have no idea how but we got 6 into cal, 5 into davis, 4 into UCLA, and 1 into stanford last year
