<p>SAT: 2260 (740M 720V 800W)
SAT IIs: only taken Bio (700) will probably take MIIC, American History, Lit, and maybe Physics</p>
<p>UW GPA between 3.5 and 3.6
Courseload: generally pretty tough, honors and APs, with some variety as well (music theory). A few B's here and there, though.</p>
<p>ECs: boring as hell, mild involvement in debate, key club, extracurricular orchestra and solo viola (the latter I admittedly could exaggerate pretty well), school newspaper, tutoring, etc.</p>
<p>Essays will be good, I think, I'm generally a capable writer when I get the inspiration. Recs will be fine. </p>

<p>I think you have a decent/good shot...honestly, you can embellish a bit and make it seem like you were more passionate about your EC's than you really were without actually lying. Write kick-ass essays, obviously.</p>
<p>thanks, I think I will be EDing there. my school usually takes a bunch of kids from Cornell, and some with worse stats than I have. as for engineering, I'm not interested in it so..</p>
