<p>I think Cornell, might be out of reach, especially for their competitive engineering program. UCLA and UCSD are a reach. University of Washington is a low reach, because they have a competitive engineering applicant, I dont think you’re a strong enough out of state applicant. Same with Penn State.UCSB will be a match, but their chemical engineering program is SUPER competitive so… To be competitive at UCSD and UCLA, you need to study more on your SAT, and explain why your UW GPA is low.
