Chance Evaluation, por favor?

I deeply appreciate any evaluations from anyone with any ethos at all. I've tried to include as much relevant information as possible. I've included my college aspirations at the bottom, and I'd love to know if the "dream schools" appear achievable. If I've missed anything that would be helpful, please just ask and I'll comment in the forum. I want to thank everyone in advance for any contributions.

Tell me something.

I think you have a fair chance at getting into Emory and Johns Hopkins.
But they get lots of applicants just like you.
I think you could start reviving one of your formerly dissolved clubs and explain in your application how you did that, it will make for a good story to present you in a very positive light.
Also, all your ‘attempting’ activities should actually be attempted and carried out to the end this time. You have some really good ideas here.
