I got a 27overall on ACT
(35 math 26 science 21 English 24 reading)
and 1730on SAT
(750 math 520reading 460 writing)
my gpa is 3.8
I will be applying as a mathematics major so I’m hoping they will view my math scores 
I am gonna take another ACT on September.
hopes that brings up my English score

what is your class rank? Are you in top 10%? Are you in state or out of state

While you don’t qualify as an academic admit, your scores are in the ballpark of other students in the top quarter. You will go through holistic review, so you need to put forward a good application. You can submit your app with these scores and then send the new scores when you have them up to December 1. If they are high enough for academic admit, you’ll get admitted at that point.
