Essays: Great!

Teacher Recommendation: Havn't seen, but should be really good

Counselor Rec: Does not know me that well, but she likes me and knows who I am and knows what I like, so it should be pretty good

Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): URM, First Generation, Questbridge Finalist

Intended Major: Biology/Computer Science

Stanford
Columbia
Brown
Northwestren
Dartmouth

You have a very good chance at Northwestern, the others are so hard to predict. I would say that you have a reasonable chance, Stanford and Columbia are definitely reaches, but who really knows! Good luck!

Take a look at the “admitted class” stats at these schools. You’ll see that even if you’re among the highly qualified group, you have maybe a 10-20% chance of admission. No one outside of a school’s admissions office can really give you a better estimate.

Yes, the URM status should help, but I’d be sceptical of anyone who tells you that it makes you a shoo-in.
