<p>I've done 100+ hours working with Special Needs kids including planing and organizing them a prom and attending prom with a special needs kid my junior year (not at my school)
I also volunteer at Culture Festivals </p>

<p>I speak English, Portuguese, German and Korean ( I know it doesn't make sense)</p>

<p>I was born and raised in Brazil and have dual citizenship </p>

<p>I have some other ECs like a musical as well, and I've placed in Science Olympiad and have won multiple photography awards</p>

<p>Your test scores are a littl low for all of them. An ACT of 31+ would help a lot. Have you tried the SAT?</p>

The others are low reaches, especially UCSD. definitely no sure bets here. You would be good for UCSC, UCR, and UCM. Possibly UCI.</p>

<p>Just a warning- as an OOS student, you are looking at $50,000+ for tuition, room and board. The UC’s are very stingy and you will probably not get anything but loans and maybe some work study with your stats. Not sure the UC’s are worth that kind of money!</p>
