Just so you know, we don’t have an actual theater major here. There’s a theater focus within the English department, which is of course more theory-focused, and some “Dramatic Arts” classes which aren’t really all that well developed. That said, I, for example, have a friend who wants to act professionally who came here instead of a conservatory because the theater was good enough and he wanted a good education, and there are certainly tons of things going on theater-wise here. Depending on what you want, what’s here could work for you.

katie, I feel that you got a great chance with your crew recruitment thing and good academic records. H requires 3 SAT2s so dont forget those pesky things. my son tried some to get noticed by the track team coach (he does about a 6.6-6.8 secs in 55 meter dash) but nothing came through so he is a little disspointed. Maybe they got faster kids already. His ECs are not that good. We will see what happens.

Good luck to you.
