Chance for a Utahn?

I’m wondering what my chances to get accepted into the University of Utah and BYU are.
ACT: 24
High School GPA 4.0 Scale: 3.25
2 AP Classes
BYU and U of U are holistic admissions so:
4 Year Letterman in Baseball, 2 year captain.
Volunteered for 1 year in a program for inner-city underprivileged children.
First person in family to attend college.
Non-Mormon (Important for BYU I guess?)
1/4th hispanic.

Any input would be fantastic! Thanks in advance.

If you are from Utah and non mormon, why would BYU even get on your list?

Are you close to SLC or rural? Did you go to the uni info meetings at your HS?
Major?
I am not imagining the U is horribly selective, is there any reason why a Utah resident wouldn’t get to the state university?
