ECs seem average and I'm not sure how competitive your school is but the gpa is low as are the Test Scores. Definitely retake in the fall and aim for a perfect gpa.

I'd also note you're applying too to many reaches with your current stats

Can you guess/estimate what your class rank is? Applying to Columbia with a 3.4 seems incredibly useless to me, unless this isn't a low GPA at your school.

Also, I would limit the number of recs from doctors to one. You're probably already sending two from teachers and one from a GC and I don't think the admissions staff is really looking forward to receiving 5+ recs from anyone.

I disagree with alti.....Stony Brook (avg freshman stats: 3.6GPA, ~1240 SAT), Fordham (stats similiar to SBU), and Penn State (stats similiar to SBU, maybe slightly higher) are matches at the least.

Rutgers, Fordham, SBU, Penn State, UConn are all matches....high matches with your grades, match with your EC's.

I don't think being Persian will help. I am Persian and it didn't help me.
