Chance for Boston College

<p>Hi, I'm a rising senior and have recently become very interested in Boston College.</p>

<p>School: Very prestigious NYC area private school</p>

<p>Junior year grades:
AP Bio: A-
French: A-
Honors Pre-calculus AB: B+
English: A
History:A
(My school does not provide GPA or class rank, just a transcript, Prior to my junior year I was more of a B+ student)</p>

<p>SAT: 2090 (1390 CR + M)
ACT: 31 (Will take both SAT and ACT again)</p>

<p>SAT IIs:
Biology: 740
US History: 760</p>

<p>AP Tests:
Biology:5
US History:5</p>

<p>Extracarriculars:
Football, 4 years (3 year varsity letterwinner)
Baseball, 4 years (2 year varsity letterwinner)
Vice President of Young Republicans
Altar Boy at my Church since age of 8</p>

<p>Summer of 2008: Took a 3 week trig crash course so as to move into honors math
Summer of 2009: Took a 3 week philosophy course in a program at Stanford.</p>

<p>I'd really appreciate hearing anyone's take on what my chances might be at Boston College.</p>

<p>I’m not intimately familiar with Boston College’s selectivity, but from what I know, I’d call it a high match.</p>
