If anyone has any input, I would really appreciate it! :D

Bowdoin is a slight reach, bates is a match and colby is a match

I forgot to mention, I don’t need financial aid. I also sent two arts supplements of myself playing piano (Bach and Rachmaninoff). I got recs from my jr year english and math teachers, who both liked me and thought me responsible and hardworking. My other rec was from my band teacher, who I’ve had for four years now and who knows me very well.

I’m also applying to Bates!
You look like a complete match for me! And your chances are even bigger considering the fact that you don’t need any aid… You shouldnt be worried at all!
Same for Colby… But I’m not really sure about Bowdoin… Still looks great to me!

I have to concur with what people have said above. Honestly, your stats seem more than fine for Colby and Bates. However Bowdoin might be a very low reach, but still a reach. Maybe look into taking another SAT II exam (Biology?) or simply improving the science section of your ACT - colleges will note that you want to go into a science related filed, and will look for demonstrated proficiency in the science related aspects of your application. But anything is possible, so have hope!

bump

Bowdoin = low reach, others are matches

I think you’ve got a good shot at all of these. And also, I LOVE piano, I’ve been playing for going on 12 years and it’s one of my biggest passions as well.

Bates and Colby: Match
Bowdoin: Low Reach
