Chance for BU scholarships?

I feel pretty confident that I'll get into BU, but, unfortunately, I can't go unless I get enough money in merit scholarship. I'm not applying Early Decision, but I have to submit my application by December 1, because that's the deadline for the Trustee Scholarship.

I'm a white female, and I go to a relatively small public school in Louisiana.
Top 3% of my class (3/133)
4.0 UW GPA, 4.095 W GPA
SAT: 2080 (M: 660, CR: 660, WR: 760) - I retook it October 1 and I get my score next Thursday.
SAT II: US History: 690; Literature: 700
ACT: 32
5 on AP US History
5 on AP Lang and Composition
National Merit Commended Student

By the end of this year, I'll have taken 7 AP classes (US History, Lang and Composition, Lit and Composition, Calculus, Biology, Economics, and European History) out of the 13 my school offers.
Freshman and sophomore year, I was enrolled only in gifted/honors courses.

ECS:
Student Council - class secretary (10); executive parliamentarian (11); executive vice- president (12)
Debate - captain (12)
Key Club
National Honor Society
National English Honor Society
Mu Alpha Theta - Treasurer (11)
Piano for 9 years - I've won our district sonatina festival 4 years in a row, and I performed at a state competition in 9th grade
65+ community service hours at my church - I went on a week-long mission trip to Guatemala last summer

Assuming my essays and recommendations are good, what are my chances of getting the Trustee Scholarship or the Deans' Scholarship or the Presidential Scholarship?
