Chances for:
1. Pennsylvania
2. University of Chicago
3. Cornell University
4. Northwestern
5. Carnegie Mellon
6. Georgetown
7. USC
8. NYU
9. U of Virginia
10. U of Michigan (Ann Arbor)

I know I am reaching little bit high, but please chance me :(

I would say 6,7,8,9,10 for 100% chances of getting in, 4,5,6 for 80%, 1,2,3 would be 70%, it will increases your chances for 1 - 4 without any sort of financial aid.

Oh man I hate to be a downer but kritamait is fairly off the mark, probably because he didn't actually read your post, which specifies BUSINESS schools. By the way, I don't quite understand why UVA, NYU and UMich are below Cornell or NU on your list, but I suppose you have a personal preference for those.

Anyways, keep in mind that he's applying to UPenn (Wharton), NYU (Stern), UVa (McIntire), UMich (Ross) and Carnegie Mellon (Teppers).

I'm not quite good at percentages, and really nobody here is qualified to say, but I'd say you have a shot at all of them though by no means are you a lock for any. They're all competitive, with USC perhaps the weakest out of the bunch but if you're not in Cali it'll be just as tough. All I can say for sure is that you're definitely not a super candidate, and even they can get rejected from any of these.

you need to get your sat up..

kritamait// I doubt I have 70% chance of getting into any of the schools that I mentioned.

CollectivSynergy// Well, please don't mind the numbering--I placed NYU, UVa and UMich below Cornell and NU because they are later in terms of deadline than Cornell and NU (I list schools in order of emergency). It does not imply any sort of ranking or anything like that. If I misplaced some schools, that's probably because of my bad memory. Thanks for advice anyways.

Celcius_233// I wish I could, but Oct SAT was my third SAT, and that was the best I could do (I actually was expecting 2200+, but I guess I was just unlucky :()

bump... Anyone else?

The business schools you have selected are very competitive; they are among the best in the country.

Since you are Asian with a low SAT score/ GPA, you will be rejected at a lot of these places.

OK, one very pessimistic view, though there are some truths in that.
Thank God I have some back ups that I am more or less sure that I can get into.

At least in the crapshoot of college admissions if you apply to all 10 you'd have a likely acceptance at at least 2-3 of them if not more. Then again since it is a crapshoot you might get horribly unlucky... By the way what area of business are you going into? The b-schools on your list vary in major focus.

Well, for now most likely going to major in either finance or business administration depending on the school.
