bump. I will chance back if you chance me.

Have you thought about any of the Catholic univeristies, such as USD, LMU, Santa Clara, USF, St. Mary’s? or Pepperdine? From our family experience, those could be good schools for you.

No not really. I am not interested in attending a catholic university or any university connected to religion for that matter.

Sorry if I missed it, what specifically did you want to major in? If its engineering or business certain schools become slightly more difficult to enter. Stanford is much harder for engineering majors to get into. A really good safety I could suggest would be Cal Poly SLO, amazing campus in an awesome location, plus price is much cheaper than most on your list. WUSTL was a little random to me because its not in CA.

I will be applying for business at schools with business, econ/bus-econ at all of the other schools. What would my chances be at all the schools I am applying to taking into account my prospective major?

Also, I have three family members that attend/attended WashU who influenced me into applying and its a great school.

I don’t know much about the schools you’ve chosen, but I can tell you about the ones I do know about…

I think you have a good shot at USC and CMC, but if possible, I dont think it would hurt to retake the SAT

and UMiami- while it’s no longer a safety school by any means, I think you have a really really really good shot at getting in there. I know many people who got in without a resume like yours

To be honest I think you’ve got most of them.
Stanford’s prob gonna be a little competitive but besides that I think you’re good
I mean… I’d admit you lol

i can only speak for Umiami since well i know about Umiami … and i know 2 people actually that got in with everything a little lower than u … and yet they still got in a with a full ride … even though i just thought about it and your OOS so tht might be different … and idk bout OOS at Umiami … so i guess my post is useless … sorry :(

The University of Miami is a private institution, so while there are special offerings for Florida residents, in-state versus out-of-state is irrelevant.

^^ in that case my post wasnt 100% irrelvent … and everything i said still applys … so for Umiami i think u are definatly in ! … might i add though it seems to be getting harder every year … but i still think your in :)

bump please :)
