<p>College of charleston is my top school!
As of right now this year I am in the top 15% of my class and just got in to English National Honor Society. I find out about Spanish National Honor Society this week but my teacher said I have really good chances. I am also waiting to hear on NHS. I am currently an IB Diploma student candidate. My school is funny with GPAs and I don't know mine but my semester averages in my classes were (IB classes this is unweighted):
89 in IB English HL
87 in IB History HL
83 in IB psychology SL
92 in pre calc
94 in IB Environmental SL
94 in IB Spanish HL
99 in music appreciation
91 in gym
My grades in most classes have been improving
At the end of my sophomore year my weighted GPA was a 90.1 but will go up a lot with my IB classes.
My sat scores are kind of low with a 550 in CR 620 in math and 570 in writing. I am retaking this month along with the act. I will be taking the bio and math 2 subject tests in october.
Currently I am in environmental club (10-11), future educators association (10-11, vp this year and was elected president for next year), council on human relations (10-11, has a weird system of leadership but I have been in a position every year), theater company (9), key club (10-11), been on 5 mission trips since the summer of 8th grade to west Virginia, new York, Vermont, and the Dominican republic twice, 4th and 5th grade youth group leader (9-11), Concordia youth chorale (7-11, basically have quit, have sung in places like Carnegie hall, Lincoln center, and st John the divine), vice president of the north Atlantic region for future educators association, summer of 9th grade helped at my churches summer music camp, volunteer at the Ronald McDonald house (11), peer tutor (11), orchestra (9-10), pre college program at Bryn mawr, Princeton, and drew called summer institute for the gifted (6-11), volunteer at a sports camp (10-11).
I know I do a lot, sorry!
