Chance for columbia ED? (Or should I do Wharton?) FML *** In a huge ass dilemma!

Ok, here is a run-down of my petty stats:
SAT: 2400 (one sitting)
SAT II: Math 2 800 (projected; did barrons book and got 790's), Chemistry 780-800 (predicted; did practice as well)
AP's: AP Chemistry 5, AP Biology 5, AP Calc AB 5, AP Econ 4-5, AP English (?)
Rank: 4/350
GPA: Never got a B so far
Awards:
USABO Semifinalist
Robotics state semifinalist/finalists; regional champs
AIME
EC's (weakest part):
Mu Alpha Theta (chapter founder), Math Club (Prez), Environ Club (VP), NHS, Robotics (officer), EZNotes (founder of business), Columbia SHP, National Institutes of Health Research
Volunteering: virtually none (around 70 hours)

...So yeah, I know my ec's suck and ivy's are a stretch, but chance me anyways cuz you never know...

And I hope to found the Science NHS as well, maybe soon...

Right now I'm heavly leaning toward ED at Columbia SEAS because I'm getting the impression that ED at Wharton is a non-probable for me, so...

Columbia SEAS (ED?)
UPenn Wharton (ED?)
HYP (just for fun)
Duke (high match/low reach?)
Northwestern (match here?)
UChicago (EA. low reach?)
Cornell AEM (low reach/high match?)
Brown (match/reach? I know Brown's queer)
Dartmouth (someone from my school got in ED with similar stats to mine with lower SAT scores; but RD????)
Carnegie Mellon Tepper (match here, right?)
UMich Ross Business (match?)
URochester (safety. safe enough?)
Maybe like UNC-chapel or Utexas Business schools thrown in there as well)

Thanks so much. It would be helpful if any Wharton or Columbia alumni can judge my chances. Right now I'd be thrilled for Columbia simply for banking internships and NYC baby.
