Chance for Columbia ED

I know that Columbia is one of the most competitive schools out there. This is my dream school and I would love to attend. I would love to hear your honest opinion!

Intended Major: Neuroscience
Stats
GPA: 4.0 (UW) 4.47 (W)
Rank: top 10%ish, my school doesn’t rank
ACT: 35 (35 E 35 M 35 R 35 S)
SAT II: Math 800, Biology 770
AP Classes: 14 in total

ECs (what I’m worried about)
Club swimming(20+ hours/week), since I was ten. This is the main reason I don’t have much other stuff, because I don’t have time
High School swimming. I do this while doing club swimming at the same time
Volunteer at hospital(150+ hours)
Shadowing doctor at hospital in OR and clinic
Mentoring young swimmers program
Flute, competitions(but only regional) and performances

I know my ec’s are pretty weak, but what do you guys think?

I’m of the opinion that as long as you really put forth the idea that you’re a very passionate person in the things you’ve done (whether it’s 2 EC’s or 20) in your essays/interviews, then you’ve got a chance. Columbia is INSANELY difficult, and you’ve got awesome stats, but have other schools in your back pocket. You’ll get in somewhere great, even if it’s not Columbia.

Just be aware that I’m also a high school senior so I’m in the same boat as you, but just do your best in the application, pray, and relax.
