Chance for Early Admissions?

I have always dreamed of going to Wake Forest University. Unfortunately, I do not think my stats are where they need to be. What are my chances?

GPA
Weighted = 4.54
Unweighted = 3.95

Rank
3-4/238 Will be number 1 when next ranking comes out

There was a problem during my 10th grade year. Our BRVGS teacher blatantly stated no one in the class would be receving an A for the year, during the first week of school. This stirred up much debate, due to the fact that this is the sole B on my transcript. The school board is deciding what actions need to be taken.

ACT
29 (I know this will be the weakest portion of my application; I am retaking this in October. Hopefully, my scores will be much higher; I don't know if I should submit this)

I am taking the SAT IIs in November.

I have close to 150 hours of community service, ranging from Trick or Treating to cans, to helping out at the local Santa's Workshop. I volunteer at the UVa Hopsital in the Cancer Treatment, and I have also volunteered at the local SPCA.

As far as recommendations and application essays, I feel both portions will be very strong.

My school is in a very rural section of Virginia. Although, we do send students to places such as UVa, William and Mary, Johns Hopkins, MIT, and the United States Air Force Academy. I know this is a very rough resume, and my stats may not be all that great, but I am very optimistic. Thank you.

Are you seriously worried? You should be good to go. I would be extremely suprised if you got rejected early. Your stats are top notch. Keep in mind that at all top tier schools, admissions can be screwy so you are not 100% in. I still have to put your chances at somewhere like 90% though. Don't screw up your application in any way and you are in...in my opinion anyway.
