<p>Well you know you’re in to UT in general by your rank alone, and I can’t see anything in your stats that would preclude you from being accepted into Cockrell. Your chances look very, very good, IMO.</p>

<p>Looks great for both! They are very numbers driven and your numbers are fantastic! You should hear back for EE pretty soon, honors may take a while.</p>

<p>Wow! What an impressive academic record! You will definitely get into EE. As far as honors, someone posted on this board in June that they were turned down from honors and were told by the department that to be considered for honors required at least a 1500 on the SAT. That, of course was for this year’s freshmen, and I am sure it changes every year depending on the applicants. You are very close to a 1500, so it probably depends on where they draw that line this year. You certainly have everything else in abundance! Good luck!</p>
