Chance for Georgia Tech?

Hi! I am a senior in a Georgia high school, and I applied to Tech in October under Regular Admission. However, I would love your ideas regarding my chances!

Total number of AP classes during high school: 13

SAT Scores: Composite = 2350; Math: 770 (which was NOT fair, considering I only missed ONE question! Sorry, I'm still indignant about that), Verbal: 800
~I am also a PSAT National Merit Semifinalist - will find out further info in February

*Also, I don't know if this is worth mentioning, but I'm a girl, and I mark myself as Asian for all things standardized...

So, long story short, I have had two D's on my transcript from junior year. (AP Physics B was literally the worst class I've ever taken in my life.) I know that this is a terrible blow to my application because in the admissions counselors' eyes, the D's are possible harbingers of doom, but in my application section regarding the optional personal statement, I wrote an impassioned piece about how I have recognized the error of my ways and would redeem myself my senior year.

GOOD NEWS!

My fall semester (12th grade) grades were:

AP GOV (Y course): unreported because it is a Y course
AP MICRO (Y Course): unreported because it is a Y course
AP SPANISH LANG: 95
AP CALC AB: 90
AP ENV. SCI.: 90
Honors Brit Lit: 92
Sociology: 95

And I'm taking AP PSYCH currently, so that grade was not available for fall semester.

^So according to the above, my semester average was a 4.7, and my overall WGPA is now a 4.023 (raised from 3.93). However, my UWGPA is only a 3.488 (disheartening, I know). Nevertheless, I stayed true to my goal and got the "all A's" that I had promised myself for first semester of Senior year!

QUESTION: I have ordered a Mid-Year transcript to be sent to GT so that they can see the dramatic improvement in my grades after 1st sem. Will they be receptive to that, or should I ask my counselor to personally contact Tech to ensure they have a look at it? I understand GT doesn't place much importance in transcripts.

I've never had a job (mainly for age reasons because I'm still 16, but my parents don't encourage me to have a job now either).

My ECs include:

Dancing for nearly 14 years (including tap, jazz, ballet, Bollywood, Indian Classical Dance --> currently in my final year and will receive honorary certification after final exam)

Indian cultural organization involvement for nearly ten years. Have served as Youth Committee officer for past three years.

Directed/Choreographed for dance dramas intended to raise social awareness regarding topics such as the Haiti Earthquake, PTSD in war vets, hate crimes, etc.

Black belt in Taekwondo (received black belt this past summer)

VP of Future Physicians Club this year; was Secretary last year; member for three years

Academic Bowl: currently Varsity member - have been doing for four years; recent accolades include JV State Championship (when I was a JV player), 2nd place overall in a recent statewide Varsity competition, first place in GA for Great Auk competitions, etc.

Public Relations officer for Science Club

9th grade: Secretary for local Interact Club (but then we moved, so I had to leave that)

If you would like to know my awards and other accomplishments, please let me know. I'm hoping the above will be enough information for you all to formulate some opinions. Feel free to be as harsh as necessary; I completely understand that my grades have dragged me down a lot. Still, I appreciate any and all feedback, especially because GT is a prime choice! Thank you all very much!
