I think U of Washington shouldn’t be a big problem, but UCLA, USC and UC Berkelely seem to be reach for you.

for computer science too

UCSD/USC/UCLA/UCB: Low Reach
UCD/UCSB/UCI: Match
SJSU: Low Match

The rest???

OP shouldn’t have hard time getting into U of Washington because the school is lenient(hope this is a correct word choice) to OOS in term of admission.

Cornell and UT Austin will be tough.

Hey there! After I read through your long list of EC’s and grades it was obvious that you did some pretty great things.
First off, your GPA is nice. However, Cornell might not accept you along with a few others. I want to appear honest, but not negative. Your SAT scores look promising too. This website called College Simply can give you an estimate on what you chances might be. http://www.collegesimply.com/guides/2180-on-the-sat/#.VCDSZUum2ns
What really stood out to me where your EC’s. Some of them looked better than others. Although, I think they will look appealing to the acceptance office of any school. Your AP classes do not possess the highest scores. Which should pressure you to score better on the others your senior year to keep your GPA level or higher. All said, I think your chances for most of those schools appear good. Just remember I am a spectator. Do not treat my word as fact.

bump-> will apply to cornell as ED
