Essay: I thought mine was pretty baller. I quoted the constitution and how we're all born equal but not really and linked it to my experiences tutoring inner-city schoolkids and seeing juveniles be convicted of crime, etc, etc.
Recs: Only read one and it was AWESOME, the other teacher one should be good, GC is definitely good, i love my guidance counselor.
State: New York
School: Public, Very Large, Competitive (#63 in the US)</p>

<p>Chance me please, though Cornell is not my #1 school, it's the best school that puts the least burden on my family. Thanks guys :)</p>

<p>Well then they compare you with other Cornell applicants from similar backgrounds as you (Your school or district). You have a shot, but it can go either way.</p>
