<p>I'm currently a junior at a school that's super competitive. East Asian male in a middle income family. I have no dream schools or dreams at all, I think it's a medical condition. But I would prefer to get into any first tier school.</p>

<p>SAT I: 2350 (750 critical reading, 800 math, 800 writing)
SAT II: Math 2 (800), Chemistry (800), Biology (800), US History (800), Physics (800)</p>

<p>My school gives grades for each course in intervals of 0.5 (4.0, 3.5, 3.0). My school is pretty competitive but doesn't have class rank.
Weighted GPA: 3.80
Unweighted GPA: 3.71</p>

<p>APs:
Soph - Japanese, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics
Junior - BC Calculus, Physics B, Chemistry, Biology, American History
Senior (projected) - Statistics, Spanish, European History</p>

<p>Awards:
National Merit (230 on PSAT(80 reading, 80 math, 70 writing), AIME Qualification (114 on the AMC 12 and Distinguished Honor Roll (top 1%)), National AP Scholar</p>

<p>So a B is 3.5? And your unweighted GPA is only 3.7 even in this system? It must be pretty low according to the normal scale.</p>

<p>It gives intervals as 4.0 = 95+, 3.5 = 90-95, 3.0 = 85-90, etc.</p>
