Chance for Ivy League?

Sorry some of the information isn't too detailed.
I know this is a long shot.

I was going to take a gander and apply to Cornell Engineering or Liberal Arts Early Decision.

GPA: 3.3 unweighted/a lot higher weighted (my school weighs it using a 7 point scale)
Class Rank: hopefully top 15% by end of year
SAT I: 2220 (800CR/740M/680WR), I took it again in May, but didn't get scores yet, and they'll probably be lower.
SAT II: Taking June 7.
More or less competitive school, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia suburb).

Extracurricular:
Almost nothing: theater for a little bit in 9th grade, physics olympics in 11th grade (this year)

Work:
Retirement home (approx. 10 hours a week)
Library (approx. 6 hours a week)

AP
Sophomore: Statistics (B), Computer Science (C)
Junior: Calculus AB (B+), European History (A), Language and Composition (A-)
Senior (next year courses): Physics C, US Gov and Pol, Literature and Composition

Hopefully will take Calc II at local community college in the summer

Chance for National Merit Scholarship (228 on PSAT, definetly commended).

Your GPA is way too low even if it's unweighted, and you have pretty much no extra activities. Honestly speaking, I don't think you have a shot at any of the Ivys, even Cornell.

Of course no one can really say since it's really just a crap shoot, but Ivy applicants are extremely competitive, with tons of activities, community service, excellent grades, and awesome test scores. With almost no ECs, and a lower rank and GPA, it just seems very unlikely.
