Chance for JHU, Duke, Case Western, etc. for BME?

Hi, I'm currently a female, Asian/Caucasian high school sophomore who's trying to be proactive in the college admissions/scholarship areas. I would love to study Biomedical Engineering, specifically Tissue Engineering. I visited Johns Hopkins over the summer, but after my mom's recommendation and a video Guidance showed us, Duke looks like it has strong academics and a good student life. I'm also looking at Case Western, Yale, Georgia Tech, Bucknell, Dartmouth, MIT, etc. What are my chances with getting into these colleges and comparative ones? Any suggestions?

I am generally a straight A student, save for math and my first B in English this marking period.

I took a practice PSAT/SAT at Sylvan over the summer (so with a freshman education) and got Reading: 540; Math: 540; Writing: 600. PSAT scores from this year have not arrived yet.

I take all Honors/PreAP/AP and plan to for the rest of my high school career.

I am in the most advanced route for math, being in Honors Trigonometry, a Senior course at my school. Last year in Algebra 2 Honors with the same teacher I got all Bs except for an A first marking period, and I got a B average. I got As on my midterm and final. This year, in the first marking period, I currently have a low B.

I have received letters from colleges asking for consideration before: 5th grade, middle school (I forget the year(s)), and this year. This year's was from Capital University.

I used my Gifted Individual Education Placement plan and tested out of a computer class graduation requirement class over the summer last year (between 8th grade and freshman year) to get placed in a sophomore+ class Photoshop/Dreamweaver/HTML class. Through this, I gained 3 college credits to a reputable local university.

This upcoming summer, I plan to volunteer at my mom's work at a well-known cancer/melanoma research center. The center is headed by a world-renown doctor.

My awards include:

8th grade, if it counts:
Elected for American Legion award
Voted Most Likely to Become President in class

Freshman year:
11 Science Olympiad medals (1st-4th place) in 6th grade to 9th grade
Distinguished High Honors every marking period and overall
Salutatorian/160 students
Cast in play last year for small role in fall play and spring musical
GPA was about 4.3 weighted/3.8 unweighted
Most Likely to Become a Billionaire for the marching band and auxiliary

So far in Sophomore year:
Cast in small role in fall play this year, but I have speaking parts this year
Book review published in "Teen Ink Magazine"
So far, a 4.15/4.16 GPA weighted

Extracurriculars:

Marching band auxiliary/dance and cologuard team (8,9,10)
Show choir (10)
Quiz Bowl (9,10)
