I intend to major in the pre-med track. I don't have any hooks.

CHANCE ME PLEASE!

There are never any guarantees when applying to top schools, but your profile looks very strong.

Just a heads up, when you are writing your school specific essays for JHU, I would recommend that you do not say that you want to “major in the premedical track”. There is no such thing as a premed track major. You pick your major from a list of these [Johns Hopkins University Office of Undergraduate Admissions - Academics - Majors and Departments](http://apply.jhu.edu/academics/majors.html#majors) and get a premed education by, in addition, taking the courses needed for med school applications.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll definitely look into that.
