Chance for McGill, UBC and U of T

Hey,
I'm a IB International Student currently studying in Malta. I am interested in McGill, U of T and UBC (For english). My school doesn't have any transcripts of my first year of IB, apart from my annual exams.

In 9th - 10th grade I attended an International school, which did the High school diploma and IGCSEs. My GPA wasn't fantastic, ranging from 2.8 to 3.2 over the 2 years. My IGCSE marks weren't that great too, they are as followed:

Math E - B
English Lang. - B
IT - C
Comb. Sci. - C
Art - D

I pulled my socks up for the IB, and my annual exams are as followed:

English HL - 85%
B+M HL - 83%
Philosophy HL - 87%
Math Studies SL - 92%
ESS SL - 80%
Ab. Italian SL - 74%

Predicted marks for the following (I did talk the teachers up):

English HL - 6
B+M - 6
Philosophy - 6
Math Studies - 7
ESS SL - 6
Ab. Italian - 4

+TOK and EE = 2

Total Predicted mark: 37

SAT I - 2050

AP English Lang. and Comp. - 4
AP Psychology - 4

ECs
Public Speaking
Debating
Trap shooting
Fencing (1st in the country for under 13s and 3rd in the country for mens)
Young Enterprise

Completed all ECDL Modules

Essay - great
Recommendations - great

Do I have a shot at McGill, U of T and UBC?

McGill Arts: Safety (McGill and U Toronto are non-holistic)
McGill law (I found another thread with these three schools and law): Get 3.75+ for your first 60 credits in university
U Toronto English: Safety
U Toronto law: Get 3.75+ as an undergraduate and then get 170+ on the LSAT
UBC English: Safety
UBC law: Get 3.75+ as an undergraduate and then get 167+ on the LSAT

Thanks.
Quick question.
I’ve been looking at other threads about conditional acceptance. Now, If I get conditionally accepted, what IB mark do to get in if I had a predicted mark of 37. Do I just need to get the diploma, or do I need to get 30+, or actually reach 37 points, or 5+ in my HL’s???

Bump bump bump

Will bump back
