i really like your stats, not just because of numbers but because they’re unique.
in terms of MIT, it’s a reach for anyone but i think you stand out a lot because of your ECs.
bump up your SAT scores a tad. you might even want to take both the math I AND II SATII to prove to them that you know what you’re doing (i saw that you haven’t taken any math APs yet).

other than that though, i think you’re a really great candidate for all of your schools.

I would say:
MIT-reach
UPenn-high match/low reach
Johns Hopkins- high match/low reach
Boston U -match
UC Berkeley- high match
UCSD -match
Carnegie Mellon- match
Williams- match
Amherst - match
Good luck!

you really, really need to retake the SAT. anyone applying EA to MIT has at least a a 750 if not an 800. With this as your lowest score, you’re almost out of the running…
you should definitely try to get recruited for rowing. I would say that is your only hook at this point

UPENN-mid reach
Johns Hopkins(possibly BME)-low reach
Boston U-match
UC berkeley-low reach
UCSD-match/in
carnegie mellon-low reach
williams-mid-high reach
amherst-mid-high reach
