My first choice is NU, followed by UC Berkley, and then UChicago, so any advice would be great!

Those are great reach schools, but you need to apply to some that are more of a sure bet according to your stats. Try to find 2-3 safeties that you love and a few match schools as well.

Thanks! I am applying to U of Illinois and several safeties too, it’s just I prefer the schools I mentioned originally and want a ballpark as to what I should expect for those

What is your intended major and where is your home state?
These are very high match to reach schools, but your answers to these questions are critical for chancing.
You really don’t need more than a couple safeties if they are true safety. Also, you may wait till RD to see if you really apply to them.

Do you live in california?

NU: high match
UCLA: high match
Berkeley: low reach
UMich: high match
UChicago: reach
