<p>Hi College Confidential. I'd like to know what my chances of getting into schools such as NYU, Boston University, Northeastern, Fordham, UC Santa Cruz, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and University of Washington are. I started off poorly freshman year, but I have improved tremendously since then. I hope that some of these universities will take note of this upward trend in regards to my grades.</p>

<p>I’m not really familiar with the others you’re applying to.</p>

<p>Any reason you’re not looking at any of the other UCs? UCD, UCI, and UCSB might be more of your level. As it is right now, you’re applying to the two hardest UCs to get accepted to, as well as the third easiest one.</p>

<p>Also, please calculate your UC GPA. It will be helpful for giving more accurate chances.</p>

<p>I am only knowledgable about NYU and think you have a pretty solid chance… your scores are all very good. I would just recommend that you work on bringing up your gpa. best of luck</p>
