Any luck?
Respond please with a "looks pretty good" or a "maybe" or even a "hell no!"

I’d say you have a really good shot if you get just get your SATs up, as you said you think you’ll be able to do. Good luck!! :)

Good chance.

Wow how does your school do GPAs with that massive weighting scale???
My school adds .67 to your GPA for each honors/AP (so a B in standard is 3.0, honors/AP is 3.67)

Thank you so much for your replies!
Ok, lets assume that my standardized test scores remain the same. How much does that alter your opinions?

Eh, I’d say you still have a decent chance…in my mind that’d bring Stern from a target school to a low- to mid-reach for you. Your SATs are pretty low for Stern…someone got a 2110 and was LSPed for CAS but your ECs are really good. I’d say at that point it would be more dependent on your essays/supplements/teacher recs.

You have a very solid application, except for the SAT scores. If you can get your SAT score 2200+ like you said, you will have a very good shot into Stern. Also, don’t send your SATII scores.

There’s nothing wrong with sending your SAT-IIs. They won’t be the highest, but they paint a picture of you as a student with broader interests and also explain a bit of a GPA that might be a bit low (not applicable in this case). It shows you had to devote time to preparing for another academic task which may have challenged your performance in your classes.

Your GPA is brilliant. Eagle Scout will likely be a huge factor. I believe it was for me. Sports captaincy is great. Low reach for you right now, unless you boosted your SATs. I’ll be frank, it’s super competitive at Stern. EDII might help you a bit because they’re slightly more lenient, but it will definitely not be a shoe-in.
