I know EE is one of the hardest to get into, how am I looking?

Any ECs?

ACT will help

How can a homeschooler get a 4.0 GPA? I guess you are always No.1 in your “school”. :-)

I think you will need some SAT II or AP test scores.

don’t bother with SATII unless you’re applying for colleges that require them.
APs are nice, esp. for college credit.

your act score is in the middle for EE’s… so i guess you have a fair chance.
studying at UIUC is VERY different from homeschooled, so make sure that you convey that you have thought about this transition in your essays… (i think you will be a boarderline application, and hence they will actually read them :P).

I sure did convey all that, and I do have a boatload of ECs. Ah well, I’ll see if I made it or not tommorow.

I do know that UIL doesn’t really care about SAT-IIs, I asked.

I’m sort of figuring I got admitted by my scores and all, but I’m pretty pessimistic about this whole process at this point :-D

Hah I made it in for double E!!! :D
