You will probably get into all of those PA colleges, but I recommend sitting for the ACT and SAT one more time. Your scores are certainly high enough for admission to them; the question is how much merit aid you will get, and even a modest rise could make a major difference. JHU and CMU are tougher. Again, a bump in scores, and final junior grades, might be adequate to put you over the top at one or the other, but you are, unfortunately, from an “overrepresented” demographic sector (ie. Indian from the mid-Atlantic region).
