I am a boy scout, I have played piano for 11 years am active in a lot of religious community service and boy scout community service events. I have achievements in all of these activities. I don't want to list out all of my activities here because I do not feel that they are important/unimportant enough to decide if I get in or not.

You’re above average for Illinois and Purdue on your GPA and ACT. Average for Rice. You’re chances are good but numbers aren’t all they look at so make sure you write good essays

Computer sci is a harder major you have a good shot but find some Safeties

OSU is my safety and I am almost 100% sure I will get in.

I have a pretty unique essay that will definitely get me accepted if an admissions readers can relate to it. If not, it’s still a good essay overall.

Bump

For UIUC, the admission stat is by department. For those who are not aware of that, the CS in Engineering has an average admission ACT of 34+ last year. So it would be a high reach for OP with GPA significantly below the admission average too.
Purdue should be a match while Rice is reach.
