Chance for RD?

Applying ECE/CS/Physics. A couple of my friends with similar stats got in for ED, so I was wondering about my chances for RD.

GPA: 3.77 or 4.2

AP Classes:

Physics 1 (A/B)
Physics C Mech+EM (IP)
AP Calc BC (B/B)
AP Calc AB (A/A)
AP Stats (IP)
APUSH (A/B)
AP Macroeconomics (IP)
AP Government (IP)
APCS (A/A)
AP Spanish (IP)

My school is very competitive where my 3.76 puts me in the top 30% only, so I was wondering how grade deflation would factor into my GPA, and how the difficulty of my courses would help my GPA as well:

Test Scores:
SAT: 2300
SAT Math: 800
SAT Physics: 770
SAT Chemistry: 760

AP Physics 1: 5
AP Calc BC: 5
AP Calc AB: 5
APUSH: 4
APCS: 5

As you can see by the AP tests, my school is much harder than the tests.

Teacher Recs:

AP Calc BC (8/10)
AP CS A (8/10)
Counselor (7/10)
Private Piano Teacher (10/10) Have had her since I was 6

Extra Curriculars:

Sports:
Soccer (9-10) (Captain 10)
Cross Country (12) (Top 20 at District Championships)
Had to stop soccer due to massive injury problems, should I mention this anywhere?

Clubs:
Robotics Team (9-12) (Member/Strategy Lead/Director of Technology/Vice President)
Piano (Since 5 years old) (Completed my diploma, all 8 levels of Piano, perform/host in annual charity show)
DECA (9-10) (Won a few finance events at state and regional level)

Other:
Paid Internship (11) (Was a software engineering intern at a local company)

Volunteering:
Referee Soccer (9-12) Volunteer Work ~50 Hours
Block Leader of the City (9-12) Some more basic Volunteer Work ~200 Hours

What are my chances of getting in, and how much will my essays impact my application? In addition, will a campus visit significantly boost my chances of acceptance, because it is a bit expensive …

By comparison, our valedictorian has 4.4, so there is massive grade deflation.

Referee as volunteer?
