Notre Dame (Fat Chance, but it's my dream school) - low reach
Clemson - match
I actually think you have a very good chance at ND. I know a few people that got in with lower or similar stats. I second Wash U, they're a great school, and I'm pretty sure they superscore the ACT.</p>

<p>No SAT IIs? UVa recommends at least 2. So, if you have good SAT IIs, i think you have a pretty good chance there.</p>
