Chance for Stern and Emory?!

Hi,
I have a unique situation going on for me. My GPA after junior year was a 3.32 UW and a 3.78 W because I failed (as in F (failed) a really high level math class. However, I got a 2340 (770 M 770 W 800 R) on my SAT and 800s (Math, Physics, Chem) on all 3 of my subject tests and have taken 7 AP classes and all honors class without getting lower than a B before this math class. For the first part of my senior year I have about a 3.9 weighted and 4.6 UW and I retook the failed math class but it did not replace the F on my transcript
My extracurriculars are:
Eagle Scout
National Merit
Founder of Cancer Charity raised over 10,000 dollars.
5-6 Good Business Awards
Members of Various Clubs, like mock trial, school news paper
3 years of soccer and 2 years track and probably couple of others I am forgetting.
3 Internships at Venture Backed-Tech companies and some fairly large financial corporations
Over 2500 Community Service Hours
I am an Asian male in California go to competitive public school and have stellar essays and recs.
I was wondering if I could be chanced for these schools and if there was any advice I could get to improve my chances

I’m really sorry about the failing grade dude. A lot of schools automatically reject a candidate for getting a F. You have to explain yourself in your application.

Your Sat and ec’s help though.

They are both probably reaches as of now. Good luck dude.

both are reaches

bump 10char?

give it a shot
