RD is going to be a high match. If you apply ED, I think you would probably get in depending on how competitive the applicant pool is. If NYU doesn’t give you enough aid for ED, then you can get out of the agreement. The problem is proving you actually can’t support yourself on the FA NYU gave.

while i agree with NP on a lot of things, i don’t know if getting out of the ED agreement is as easy as he makes it sound. there might be other repercussions to withdrawing from an ED agreement. i would talk to your adviser and talk to your parents about this. i would also look at the ED contract VERY CAREFULLY.

you’re a very competitive applicant for both RD and ED.

^ LOL, only because that is my plan haha!

well my mom makes slightly over 100k a year…my dad got laid off but we made over 200k in 2008. but since we have mccombs in our backdoor…they won’t let me go to a slightly better business school that is so0o0oo much more expensive without aid. ugh but i dont like texas!

You do not have a very strong GPA, and are your SAT II’s nearly strong enough for Stern. And I’m not surprised to see no SAT I’s after the comment you made in the other thread.

It’s definitely a reach. Good luck.
